- Facility/offer letter (if available)
- Lender certificate wording (if provided)

FAQs
Do I need to attend in person?
Not necessarily. Where appropriate, the process can be completed efficiently with remote appointments and documentation.
Will you send the certificate to the lender?
Where appropriate and once requirements are met, we can complete the lender certificate/confirmation and return it as agreed.
Can you act for both the borrower and the guarantor?
ILA must be independent. We act for the individual receiving advice, and we will not compromise independence.
